A touch-sensitive device capable of distinguishing potential terrorists among air passengers with a high degree of possibility has been developed in Israel!

The suspected passenger is asked to go into the metal cabin and put on headphones. Then one of his hands will be connected to the touch-sensitive device, while the person is expected to answer the suggested questions by touching the touch monitor with the help of his second hand. Usually there are not more that 20 questions and it takes about 5 minutes to answer them.

When touched, the touch screen records biometric data, such as blood pressure level, heart rate and blood glucose level. The device tracks down specific psychophysiological reactions to some words and word combinations of the questions. It does not react to the general level of the suspected person nervousness as terrorists are usually trained to overcome stress in any situation. The main factor here is the behavioural pattern that is common for all terrorists and is based on the fear of unmasking.

On the basis of test results the passenger either continues registering for the flight or passes into the hands of the security service.
